Representative Croft moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
House rescind previous action in passing the following (page 4223):                                 
                                                                                                    
     HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 306(JUD)                                                   
     "An Act relating to the practice of naturopathic medicine; and                                 
     providing for an effective date."                                                              
                                                                                                    
The Speaker stated the motion was out of order because HCS CSSB
306(JUD) was not in possession of the House (page 4223).
